Why doesn’t a higher rate matter to Blacks and Hispanics when voting for Obama, but a lower rate is the whole reason white people give for not voting for Obama. Well that and covering healthcare for Blacks and Hispanics who can only get help in emergency rooms. What’s that about ya think?
