When the doors opened a rock and roll stampede made for the best seats in this 2500 capacity venue though fire marshals allowed twice that number in before they closed the doors on another thousand or so trying to get in. 5000 foot stomping cheering fans most of whom were recording the event on their cell phones for posteriors. The biggest draw of any Republican presidential candidate thus far and three weeks completely drawing the air out of the rest of the hundred or so GOP candidates.

Godwin’s Law aside, there is no getting around the comparison of Donald Trump and his troopers screeching about taking our country back from Mexicans and what went on in Nazi Germany concerning the Jews from 1933 until it went violent on Kristallnacht in 1938. And that is not to address the loud obnoxious megalomaniac in charge of the bigotry, racism and wholesale ugliness.
We already have 70,000 men, women and children imprisoned in concentrated family camps waiting for trains. We pay them $1 an hour in forced labor to work for their stay.
As to the whole stinky issue Donald Trump is pushing about illegal immigrants, native born Americans have a criminal rate of 3.4% while foreign born it is .7%. And illegal immigrants are only part of that.
But just like back in Germany or Bosnia or around Europe these days, the OTHER, who always seem to be on the bottom of the pickle barrel are always attacked by the sour pickles floating just above them.
One last thing I noticed reading up on the speech last night, media interviews of participants loving what Trump was saying all gave the ages as well over 60 years old. Needless to say the crowd was whiter than Ann Coulter.
