You already know how the Tea Party is blocking progress, but here comes The “Truckers Ride for the Constitution.” Tractor-trailer drivers plan to circle the beltway ‘three lanes deep’- to hold up progress, and create a diversion while their pals arrest some senators. Earlier plans involved action against President Obama, but seem to have wisely been dropped. They also look forward to having a lot of fun with motorists. D.C. commuters who wish to be allowed past the convoy must have “T2SDA” – an acronym for the event’s original name, “Truckers to Shut Down America” – written on their vehicle, he said. “It’s going to be real fun for anyone who is not a supporter,” said a spokesman. Gosh, we all think so too!
