Over the last generation what has changed politics more than anything is 24/7 AM right-wing radio and all of cable news. If it isn’t pushing right-wing swill it’s pushing fear for share. We need higher fences with alligator moats and a machine gun in every home just to make through the day. And that’s not even addressing the sharks. Or getting beheaded at work? Oops…
We now have scientists and doctors telling us there is nothing to worry about with this Ebola thing. Yeah right, scientists and doctors don’t know doodlysquat. Do they know that Pabst is now cheaper than Keystone? Or that trailer jacks are on sale at Walmart? Or having guns and lots of Bud in the house makes your children safer?
