All the civilized nations on Earth have Single Payer health care, or universal health care or whatever one wants to call it.
All of them have three rules:
1) Everyone is covered
2) Paid for by payroll tax
3) Those who use insurance companies (most) require they apply it non profit and profit from supplemental plans. Which across Europe are called concierge plans.
And the people of those civilized nations have better outcomes at far less money and the vast majority of people want it.
The reason America is the only wealthy nation without it comes from the most recited words in the Republican Party:
I DON’T WANT MY TAX MONEY GOING TO THOSE….
Which is how they define SOCIALISM [blacks included].
