More than 85% of Americans want universal background checks, closing the gun show loophole and not allowing those on the FBI terror watch list to buy guns. The numbers are the same for gun owners. There are 6 million members in the NRA. There are about 20 million assault rifles out there with most gun enthusiasts owning more than one. So how many of these paranoid white boys could there be in control of the Republican Party?
Let’s say 11 million. If we can get a national police force to break down doors to haul off families for deportation, we can just as easily take these jerk’s assault rifles away.
