U.S. Military under fire for testing troops for correct religious views

While the military maintains that the spirituality tests given to at least 800 thousand soldiers is not religious, many soldiers disagree. Those who profess no religion fail the test, as do those who do not profess the ‘right’ kind of Christianity.

So far 21,000 soldiers are filing suit over the
"Global Assessment Tool" which when failed, requires them to be sent to the Ft Hood spiritual fitness center, where the ‘spiritual’ code words seem to define fundamentalism.
