I’ll tell you, the thought that "Dr. Paul" advertises himself as an ophthalmologist, and is not board certified by the AMA. Your gynecologist neighbor? Make sure he has an AMA number, and check him out. Chances are, if he’s a fraud, he won’t be dumb enough to use his medical standing as a strong point in his run for public office.
