You know we can laugh at the intellect of Christine O’Donnell, Sharon Angel, Sarah Palin or Joe the Plumber, but the reality is they really are representative of the AVERAGE American.
Do we really want average Americans running this country. Or smart people? The sad answer to this is that Americans just plain don’t like anyone they perceive as smarter than they are. Which is anyone a leg up from Homer Simpson.
