John McCain and Lindsey Graham are the old school moderate Republicans. Holding up a nomination not because of Chuck Hagel, but because they are trying to use Benghazi to destroy either that black president or that uppity woman next president, or both. There is about as much chance of the GOP changing any damn thing about itself as there is that that scorpion won't sting that frog.
